Booking starts with getting in touch. Either through our enquiry form on the Contact Us form - or directly on email@example.com
From here, if we’re available we’ll take a few more details and provide you with a quote based on our the best package that fits your event. If you would like to proceed, we simply require a booking deposit and then you look forward to getting some great coffee.
Once you have confirmed you wish to proceed, we simply require a 10% deposit to lock the date in or full payment if your event is within one month of booking. Our team will then send you some further questions surrounding logistics on the day. You will receive a confirmation document outlining all your events details and the service we will provide. It’s then a case of waiting for the good coffee to flow at your event.
Our team remain available to chat any time prior to your event however.
If you have to cancel your event for any reason (other than COVID related), 50% of the full amount will be required within one month of the event date. If the event is cancelled within 14 days, we will require full payment of the outstanding balance.
In the unlikely event we have the cancel the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of any money paid to us.
Once we are at your location, both our van or coffee cart takes 60mins to get setup and up to temperature to start serving. It takes slightly less time to dismantle.
For all our packages, at max capacity, one Barista can serve up to 50 drinks per hour across both the van and cart. An extra Barista can help increase that to around 75 drinks per hour. Our sales team will always advise on the number of Baristas we would recommend you having for your event to ensure everyone gets served.
We serve a full coffee menu covering Espresso, Americano, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha. We also serve Luxury Hot Chocolate, Chai Latte and a selection of Tea Pigs Tea as standard.
All packages include Oat milk alternative, decaf and Caramel/Vanilla syrups as standard.
We serve our speciality House Blend which is roasted in Suffolk by The Penny Roaster https://www.pennyroaster.com/about
Its a unique blend of Brazilian, Indian and El Salvadoran speciality grade beans.
We do! We can offer a variety of sweet or savoury pastries, cakes and snacks as an add-on. We can also include Gluten Free/Vegan options. Please speak to our team about your requirements.
Indeed we can! Our cart mostly gets used for indoor events although we can use outside in the right weather and with the right cover! Please note our cart cannot travel across grass or gravel.
Our van can go most places, even indoors if the space is large enough.
We only have a few.
Our van can be self-sufficient with onboard power through gas and batteries. For serving large groups however, we would typically require 1x13amp socket on its own circuit.
For our cart, we would require 1 (ideally 2) 13amp sockets on their own circuit.
No, we carry our own water tanks. Having access to a potable water source is always handy however if we need to top up.
Yes we do! Branding options are available from cups, napkins, cupcakes through to our Coffee cart front being branded with your company logo or design.
Yes we can, but we are selective and only attend those that pass our vetting process. Please talk to our team to discuss having us at your show.
We have based our pricing to be as simple and transparent as possible. Our minimum starts from £325, however you’ll always receive a quote tailored to your event, location, duration and guest numbers.
Unfortunately we don’t offer this service at the moment. We only offer an inclusive private hire service or attend selective public events where customers pay.
